Everything was explained and set out very clearly and easy to understand and follow. I would certainly recommend Tick for travel insurance.

This company does not honor your purchase of cancellation insurance, and they will deny your valid claims. do not purchase insurance from them, they offer absolutely nothing but hassle and disappointment after taking your hard earned money and providing zero coverage.

The screening process was very easy to understand. Within the last few days I've recommended Insure and Go to two friends that are travelling soon. They were very impressed with what I had to say. I also took out travel insurance for my wife and son. Wonderful experience.

I highly recommend 1Cover and use it each time I travel overseas. It is extremely easy to buy a policy online. This trip I made a mistake with my travel dates, and a customer service consultant was able to fix it immediately over the phone with me and re-issue the policy. It literally could not have been easier!

Travel cover was easy to deal with. Unfortunately, because we are in our mid 70's we have been informed that 1Cover will no longer grant us travel insurance. This is ageism and it is apparent the older one gets (whether you have had trouble before or not) you will not cover us so therefore we will not be bothering you again.

What is important to me being well over the 70 mark is that the insurance is well priced against other insurances. Providing you don't have any health issues of course. Well recommended.

Lost my bag and tried to claim but it was rejected easily by the company. Do your research before buying travel insurance. I am very confuse to what is included in the insurance.

As a student I needed a cost effective yet comprehensive insurance, tick insurance did both those things for me!

Never had a problem getting insurance with Tick even though I am 71 and my husband is 76 may cost a bit more as my husband has a few health issues but they have never refused to insure us

Have tried many travel companies and have been happy. This is the first time going with Allianz. Big mistake. Will never do it again
