I took out a domestic policy from the 9th of October till the 15th of October and i was amazed at how cheap Zoom Travel Insurance was?!

and in a domestic policy, they offer a $5,000 vehicle excess for nothing extra. I was so pleased.

Highly would recommend to any other customers they are the cheapest in the market!

We have used 1Cover several times and have made two separate claims. Lost property in UK was dealt with promptly, I just had to make a couple of phone calls. This second claim was for a cancelled trip to Japan. We submitted all the travel documents, as requested, and our claim has been approved. Excellent service again. Thank you.

I've used Tick twice during holidays abroad. Organising insurance has never been so easy. I have never had to claim on a policy so I really can't comment on that.

Had to make a claim and all was death with quickly, efficiently and with reassuring customer service and medical staff. Highly recommend.

First time I've done something online that was so simple basic and and well put together by your web designers considering I'm not computer smart it was so straightforward to get my cover online and value for money was Extraordinary compared to others once again thank you for making online policy cover simple and easy cheers.

Returned from cruise on Saturday.

Submitted claim for missed port and supporting documents on Sunday and received email confirmation immediately.

Received email approving claim at 10.00am Tuesday morning.

Plane diverted to Honolulu (Auckland to San Fran) because it was leaking oil, airline was unable to rebook us at the time so we booked new flights to get us to San Francisco in time for a wedding. Virgin refused to cover the cost because they wont cover rescheduling due to mechanical faults. What if the plane had crashed because of mechanical faults and we ended up in hospital, would they not cover that either?! Out of pocket almost $500 for the extra flight plus the cost of the policy that is apparently useless. Plus the time it took to submit their epic claim process.

Getting a quote for our up coming cruise was quick and easy, and the price was very competative making us very happy.

Have yet to have a claim so can only comment on the cost and what's covered (or I understand to be covered).

Have had to make a claim, tick still did in depth investigation even although my mistake on the insurance form.
Nice to have an insurance company willing to double check everything and happy to look into everything.
Have booked travel insurance again for 2020. Ever confidence in them.

Suffered a serious injury while overseas, tried to contact them, no answer, tried online chat and was given an email address. After 11 days I received a reply from some claims officer from Allianz who gave no advice or help just questioned me on my level of injury (obviously assessing liablity) I needed medical help and I couldn't even get a commitment to pay my bills.

They dragged the email back and forth until it was time to fly out giving no assistance what soever, when I finally got home and got medical help the injury was far worse than expected and now have a permanent injury due to delayed medical assistance.

3 weeks of asking for assistance, got none, got back to Australia and racking up medical bills only to be informed by the Insurance Company that now that I was back home none of my medical expenses are covered under the policy......which is exactly why they gave me no assistance while I was overseas, they didn't want to pay the bills.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST INSURANCE SCAM I'VE ENCOUNTERED SO FAR.

Give basic information and a quote appears in inbox almost immediately. Quote was half the price of four other well known, widely advertised companies.
Easy to fill in application form on website. All finished in double quick time. Haven't had to make a claim fortunately so can't comment on that side of things.
