All has been good so far but I have never had to make a claim. I hope all remains the same if i ever have to make one

We felt confident that we were well covered for emergencies. Very good communication from 1Cover. Easy process. Cost very reasonable.

Fantastic company with exceptionally quick customer service. Claims are really easy to make and they follow up a day or so after you lodge a claim. Would recommend to everyone.

I have always used 1cover for travel insurance. Although I didn't make a claim this trip I have in the past & found them very prompt & helpful.

I made a claim on my trip because of a medical issue.

ITrek responded the next day, and I received a full reimbursement within 3 days!

I liked the emails I got at the end of my trip to ask if I wanted to continue the cover and the email to ask if i needed to claim.

They don't cover bookings. The highest, most expensive comprehensive cover does not cover an essential item of travel... bookings.

I have a pre existing condition, which other insurers will not cover. Insure and go take a thorough history over the phone every time,noting any changes. They quickly check, and come back with a quote. They make sure you know what is covered, and offer any extra cover that may be required. We have made claims, which were easy to do. Just make sure you have the supporting paperwork. Claim accepted, and in the bank within a very short time. Top quality product, very competitive prices.

Best value travel insurance for my needs. Ive never made a claim (thankfully)but used Tick Travel Insurance previously without any issue.

But I felt safe knowing I was covered in the event that something did happen.
Safe easy to talk too and getting cover was quick and easy.
