We have been Insure& Go customers for many years travelling to Bali.
I obtained a quote in late July and then again over the weekend - and the price has increased by over $30... This is a significant size premium increase given nothing has changed... Disappointing given there is nothing added value to the policy for the purchaser.

Prompt action within nominated time frames, 7 day/wk phone access to an English speaking customer service representative and receiving confirmation emails from Kango reassuring me mine had been received all helped ease the bitter disappointment of cancelling my long awaited African holiday due to an acute medical event.

Zoom are great and really affordable. The customer service is better than any other company i have used before. I will be using them again on all of my future trips!

I live in Australia and have been in the UK for 2 months and I filled in the forms however the representative said the form needed to go to head office first. He then categorically stated he would call in two days time. He didn't call! I rang to be told that I had to be in the UK for six months and have a GP which of course I do not have. If you live for six months in the UK you are a resident and no longer an Expat and any travel insurance will help you! I suggest you go to True Travellor insurance.

Had a medical incident overseas. Our insurance was not accepted by either the clinic or hospital.. we tried to call the claims number and the customer service numbers but could not get through on any number. Tried to process a claim online and the site wouldn't accept attachments. Really disappointed

When you need them the most their not there for you. Will do anything to stop you having treatment so you come home where you are not covered. Be prepared to foot the bill when you are on holiday. They will not assist with anything and when you return make sure you have receipts for absolutely everything or you won't get a cent back. Good luck!

Easy program to obtain quote. Medical insurance premium was very reasonable compared to others and their age limit was exceptional.

All our dealings with Insure and Go were dealt with courteously and promptly. Their online quoting, application and claims submissions are straight forward and simple to navigate.

I landed in hospital in my first week in Europe. STI took care of everything, and paid my hospital and out-patient bill. I was treated like royalty all the way. Couldn't be happier with the service and the people delivering it.

I bought the insurance but didn't claim as the trip went well. I travelled with my 18yo daughter and while I was looking for an international travel insurance, many insurance policies only allowed child under 18 to be the dependant (no extra cost). Zoom was one of the few budget that include 18yo as dependant, and I really appreciate that.

I would not travel any where these days with out travel insurance. 1 cover are reasonably priced. So far I've had no issues. Would recommend.

First time I have used 1 Cover overseas found staff to be very helpful when purchasing this insurance.

I have used 1Cover domestically a number of times and when ever I have had a query they were always helpful, never have had to make a claim.

I feel 1 cover is good value for money after shopping around I always seem to come back to their quote.
