We are lucky to have never used this cover which we have purchased many times over the years. But we feel confident and relaxed that there is a cover of protection for all areas that 1Cover experience has seen.

I have used 1Cover numerous times for overseas and local travel. I have had 1 claim in that time and had no problems with the claim at all.
Would certainly recommend them.

Great, easy to apply for. Clear definitions. Only complaint was that two days before my holiday finished they texted me twice at 3.00am in the morning to remind me to extend the cover if I was extending my holiday.

Dont appreciate getting text message (which I had to pay to receive) while still on holiday overseas, at 11.17pm at night while I was in bed asleep. Phone was only on in case my kids needed me.
What was the point????

I have priced a number of other policies but always come back to insureand go as the process is so easy and comparable to other policies but only half the cost.

i hope never to have to make a claim but if i do i can see no problem going by the attitude i received when i purchased

I had a small claim last year and it was dealt with very quickly and insureandgo were very helpful.

No claims this time and I shall use your company again if I travel in the future. Being 83, it was a big plus not to have to produce a doctor's certificate.

I have always purchased travel insurance and tried to find the best deal. Budget Direct was a little more expensive this time but the benefits seemed good value.Having never made a travel claim before I didn’t realise that it’s about the claim, not the cost.Their process takes ages, they ask for extra documentation then make you wait 10 business days again, you call them and get no support, clarity, or timeline. It’s really horrible.Next time, I’m going with AAMI (if they even have travel insurance) - the extra $20 would be worth it for an easier process if i ever need to actually USE the travel insurance again.

I travel overseas at least once per year and it could be more. Out of all the insurance offers out there, Kango Cover has the best coverage for the costs it charges.
