We had a trip delay and filed a claim. The process was simple, the staff we worked with very helpful in explaining what we needed to file the claim. After filing the claim we got our reimbursement in a matter of days. 1Cover met all our expectations.

I had a quad biking accident in 2016, luckily I had only suffered bruises but the quad bike had some damage to it. There wasn't anywhere in the policy that excluded quad bikes, yet they managed to find some loophole so that I could not make a claim for the quad damages.The tour company had insurance so I had to pay their excess, luckily as it would have cost more. This was the last of our spending money too.Yet no help from Worldcare. I have used them several times, but I will be trying another company for my next trip.

We had a horrible experience claiming for medical expenses. It involved over 10 phone calls and countless emails. The harassment for information was disgusting. When I complained I was told that they provide to over 100 different companies so even if I didn't go direct I was pretty much stuffed.

Simple claim procedure when we got back. Paid all medical bills without any hassle. Would definitely recommend Tick Travel Insurance.

Better value travel insurance elsewhere. Claims process very poor!
Have someone proof read the pds with you and before you leave.

We had to cancel our dream holidays due to myself getting diagnosed with cancer one week of going. The claims department was excellent, dealing with the one person for our case was excellent, they kept us informed all the way. Not having to cover everything all the time was a godsend. We received our refund very quickly in the time they said. Very happy with the service. We have always used insure and go and will continue and also word of mouth for our friends Thankyou.

Really good customer service. Very efficient company! I made a small claim and it was approved when I provided all required documents. No hassles. I would highly recommend them.
