Force majeure for not needing flight. Told to cancel flight to process claim. Cancelled flight then after waiting two months was told no reimbursement would be issued. Ticket and premium lost.

My luggage broke during my travel, and currently overseas. They wont compensate for my damaged luggage, not even a cent. Worst insurance i ever bought and worst customer service ever. I regret purchasing a year’s worth of travel insurance and I want a refund for my money!

Whilst we didn't have to make a claim on our latest trip we have in the past and we have found them to have a fast and professional service. This is backed up by very helpful customer service. I have recommended 1Cover numerous times to other overseas travellers and none of them have been disappointed.

We wouldn’t go on a trip without insurance and even though we didn’t need it, it gave us peace of mind to know it was there.

The consultant was very helpful with information. This is the 2nd time I have used this company, will use again in future.

Website is very easy to follow through. I have declared medical conditions for inclusion and it was easy to answer all the questions to obtain the quote. I took out the policy as a senior citizen and hope it is reliable. Not sure about the premium cost. Seems to be some what in the range.

Overall experience was excellent, I think there is some room for improvement in medical related questions

I was a solo traveler to Patagonia. I had been going to print out the contract to keep one copy with me in case I became unconscious and give another copy to my family. I tried in many ways but it was blocked. I had called World Nomads and I was told they were going to send me a copy but they never did.

Had peace of mind entire trip of being covered for any unforeseen circumstances but had hassle free trip and did not need to make any sort of claim and would definitely use again.

Had the best time on our holiday. It was comforting to know Zoom was there in case of misfortune.

Easy application and a good coverage; thank fully we had an incident free vacation so I cannot comment on customer service or claims experiences.

The people in customer support were great. I hadn't heard of them before and took a chance because of the 90 days, I was away for a month. Lost my bags and the claim went through quick.
