Covermore used to cover Type 1 Diabetics automatically as long has you have a hba1c under 9. They now ask that you take a medical assessment and pay more for the same cover. There are plenty of companies which offer this cover automatically such as Allianz, 1Cover etc so I don't recommend them.

Online application froze twice. Date of birth field is difficult to input using phone, I had to use a desktop computer.

The process to making my claim was so simple - I used to price compare my travel insurance every time I planned a holiday - now I will only use 1Cover

Customer service was very good and before buying cover had heard if you make a claim 1Cover is very fair.

Having used Insure&Go for a number of years because of value for money, I finally had to make a claim and Insure&Go made it so easy

got it the day before I flew out, super easy transaction and just overall happy with the price. Mainly needing medical which it covered and they emailed me and texted me my quote number for safe keeping. Will be now going with this company moving forward

I have been a frequent traveler from Australia to EU at least twice a year using 1cover insurance. I was lucky enough to never make a claim, however, this insurance provider was always helpful when I had queries. It would be nice if the provider offers a discount for loyalty customers.
