Tick will decline your claim, after a 6 week wait,with a ridiculous reason. They do not deliver what they state on their policy. Beware!

It concerns me with the lack of customer service at this time, it is taking nearly 2 weeks to reply by email, they will not allow you to change your travel dates for insurance you have purchased they say that due to the Covid-19 no travel is advised even though you can change you travel dates at a later date with all airlines. They will not even refund you the policy money even though you have not even travelled ! Wont be using them again for future travel insurance

Due to what is going on in the world at the moment, with most countries banning oversea's travel. TICK should have done the right thing by refunding people's money. They didn't even respond to my email. Never again.

Comparing insurers and coverage Tick stack up very well. On line always helps to reduce costs. I would certainly recommend getting a quote.

After much due diligence I can say Tick Travel Insurance is the most cost effective product I could find.
