I was actually told to avoid this company and wish I’d listened. They have earned their awful reputation. Confusing, misleading hidden fees, terrible rude customer service.

If you want great value for money for seniors, website easy to use, have been with Tick Travel Insurance for many years now

I am a repeat user of Tick Insurance and am very happy with the service, till this time.
There seemed to be a problem with the website when I first did the quote and had to wait a few days to finalise.
I always recommend this company to friends.

I chose Tick as it had a lot of good reviews. It was easy to get quote and finalise insurance, I didn't have to make a claim lucky for me. I will use Tick again as all the essentials were covered at a great price. Just hope they if I ever need it the reviews were correct

I have used Tick several time and have never had any problems with them even when i did have a minor problem they solved it no trouble at all. Highly recommend Tick

I have tried a number of companies many will not insure for the medical conditions I have. I was sick of typing in all the info then be told no we will not insure you!!!

Just what i need, not complicated, easy to decide which is best for me...and most of all very reasonable. If i needed assistance all the information is available.

Tick insurance has such an easy process to apply for travel insurance and is it really affordable. I couldn't believe the price!

I have used Tick a few times without any problems. I have never had to make a claim but it's good to have peace of mind if needed.

Their support when my wife was hospitalised in Busan was very much appreciated and the way the claim was finalised on return to Australia was very good.
