Not yet received our policies, 3 booked and paid for, received the receipts but no policies sent by email yet. not a good experience as yet.

I have been on many trips but never actually used my travel insurance. This was the first time my phone was damaged and I had to use it. It was very easy to file claim on their website. And their team responded to my emails quickly. And after all clarification they processed the claim quickly. I will recommend tick insurance to everyone. Easy claim filing and quick processing

Missed Port is claimable on your online claims portal but it isn't defined in your policy, so why have it as a claimable item?

I had my phone and bag stolen while travelling in Vietnam earlier in the year. My claim took weeks still not resolved and the evidence that I have been asked to provide is ridiculous considering my location and the timing of the event. Insurance is suppose to be peace of mind but it has been nothing but stressful and I still never received any claims back. Will not be using again.

Terrible customer service, made a stressful time even worse. I did all the hard work and still got next to nothing back. Ended up out of pocket thousands of dollars and the international standard hospital I was at got my son’s diagnosis wrong which was the whole claim problem, and insurance company wasn’t interested. No remorse, no empathy, all just about the money. Claims to be an Australia country, yet all calls were to and from the Philippines. Would never use again and/or advise or recommend to anyone.

My experience with Tick travel insurance, though the claim process was a bit slow and too many unnecessary questions and docs requested for a relatively small claim. But overall was ok.I will encourage my Travel Group to use Tick Travel Insurance !

Tick travel insurance covered damaged during my trip. They were rather quick in processing the claim and customer service is excellent.

how many people keep receipts ,in our day, not many, we did have a police report but even that was not accepted, we will never use Tick again, and would not recommend them to anyone. The worst and most stressful experience, we have ever had, thanks for nothing.

Pretty reasonable experience having used Tick twice now. Only one concern when making a medical claim it was denied as being under the excess, which was not clear at the time of taking out the policy.

Tick Insurance have a very misleading policy.Will take your money but god forbid if you make a claim. My claim took forever feedback was intermittent and unprofessional there also was a language barrier.
Emailed Tick insurance also called to discuss my claim never received any follow up so in the end I put in a complaint to AFCA.
Don’t insure with Tick Insurance especially if you are travelling.
