I tore my meniscus midway through my trip. I have never made an insurance claim in my life and I thought it would be tedious and a total pain. And if I did get anything back, it would take forever. To my astonishment, the forms took me less than 30 minutes to complete on the website and 5 days later, the claims were deposited into my bank account. Thank you Covermore.

Most of the time while travelling, you think that getting injured in an accident, lost luggage, stolen wallet or damaged hire car won't happen to you. But better be safe than sorry. We met with a serious car accident in Germany. We were lucky to escape without any serious injuries, but it could have turned out very differently. We were traumatised for the remainder of our holiday but luckily we knew that Covermore had us covered. Upon return, we filed the claims online and Covermore covered for the rental vehicle damage excess and medical fees. It took less than a couple of weeks to have the claims approved and got all our money back.

Covermore have been very helpful during my time of need. The claims process was simple and fair. I took a 7 month cover. I travelled for the first month and returned home, rang them up and they refunded the difference. I also made a claim for that trip and they approved the claim with no fuss.

Whilst travelling in London, my handbag was stolen. Lost my phone, passport and many valuables. Covermore was responsive to advice and identify the procedures and documents required to make a claim. Although there were some information that I couldn't obtain, Covermore overlook this and paid the claim up to the full value of the contents anyway.

Was diagnosed with viral infection of the throat while I was travelling to US. The consulatation and and medicine cost were very expensive but I kept all my receipts and Covermore paid my claims in full. They were efficient and easy to work with.

I have never had to make a claim for my travel insurance and I hope I never will do. I conducted a very comprehensive research on travel insurance companies but was soon overwhelmed and confused so I went ahead with Covermore from word of mouth. Family holiday to Fiji in 2010. As we arrive at at our island and resort, we discover that two of our three bags have not been loaded onto the boat. A call to the marina confirms that they were stolen in transit. Spent 6 months going backwards and forwards with Cover More who wanted receipts for everything including the bags; photos would not do. Eventually agreed to pay out, though not the replacement costs of everything... just the value at the time. $10 does not replace a $110 Polo. Very disappointed. Gave impression that all would be good in the event of something happening. The opposite was true. Every effort to mitigate and minimise claim.
