This policy has Great price it also has a great rental car excess cover and it's very easy to obtain online.

We have trusted Fast Cover to provide our travel insurance for the last few years. Being underwritten by Allianz gives us peace of mind. With what is offered in the policy for the cost, in comparison to other travel insurance companies, Fast Cover is without a doubt the best value for money option. Their reliability was proven when on two different occasions our travel plans to Bali were affected by volcano ash cloud - once while holidaying there and another causing our trip to be cancelled. With regard to both incidents, Fast Cover reimbursed eligible expenses with minimal fuss and time delay. We return to Fast Cover every time when it comes to travel insurance and recommend to our friends and family every chance we get.

The worst experience I have ever had to deal with. Save yourself trouble and use an alternative company for your travel insurance needs.
We travelled to Bali in October / November 2015 and was unfortunate enough to get stuck over there due to the Volcano that erupted and left Ash in the air and consequently grounding all Virgin and Jetstar flights.
We managed to get an alternative Carrier to get us out after 3 cancelled flights from Virgin and 6 additional days stuck in Bali
Filled in the claim form upon return to Australia as requested. They then proceeded to send a return email requesting more information to which I supplied.(note this information was not requested in the initial claim form)
Once again another return email requesting more information to which i supplied. Again not originally requested
And again the same thing happened.
Guess what another request again forthcoming
All they kept doing was delaying payment and finalising the claim.
I asked to be called from there claims manager to discuss this claim which 4 weeks later I am still waiting.
There staff are rude and are not customer focused or care about peoples claim.

My sons who travelled with us took out alternative insurance with another company and received there payment before Christmas. I note the exact same paper work that was submitted originally in our claim was submitted in there's. It is now near the end of Feb and we are still waiting on results.

The value for money for multiple trips is excellent. I contacted Sally regarding a question on the policy and she was just great and there were no delays in the phone being answered as well.

The price was great for the cover I selected but the real proof was in the claim. I had an accident abroad. When I phoned the 24 hour support line that's exactly what I got. Help, support, advice and sympathy. My preference to come home for medical treatment after stabilisation was supported. My flights were upgraded and I was assisted all the way - a 24 hour trip. There was continued communication from friendly staff who seemed like they really cared. Thanks to all I got home safely and as comfortably as possible.

The travel insurance was initially found through the Compare web site, which we had never used before. That site was very easy to use, and gave a great number of choices and options for the travel insurance.
We chose the Fast Cover insurance as it included all the options that we required, and was great value for money for 4 people.
Would highly recommend the Compare the Market web site, and the Fast Cover insurance policies....

Used a few times now. Easy to get cover. Easy claim service and great value for money. What else could you need. Will use again.

In all my travels I have always preferred to use 1cover for travel insurance. During this time I have also been lucky enough not to have a claim but know 1cover is behind me if I do.
