I have used 1Cover travel insurance numerous times, and am always very impressed with their customer service when I have a question. Most recently I had to change the dates of my trave insurance, this request was easily accommodated and quickly resolved by a very helpful customer service agent

We have been more than happy with the travel insurance policies that we have purchased over the years with 1Cover. Great customer service and hassle free claim service.

Fortunately we did not have to use our travel insurance but I was pleased to be asked if we were extending our holiday. If we had decided to do so I probably would not have thought about extending my travel insurance. Thanks for jogging my memory.

Was sick overseas made a claim when I returned very easy process was emailed the next day saying it has been approved and will be paid within 5 days. Highly recommended

Great price for travel insurance they seem to cover everything although did not need to make a claim. Knowing 1Cover was in the background gave me confidence about enjoying my trip.

I am visiting Australia and have only just been able to access e-mail and find that my original policy expired a day or two ago and when I asked for renewal I was refused. When I asked to start a new policy, I was refused because I am in Australia.

Again and again we checked whether any other travel insurance company could match Tick. But no, Tick continue to offer the cheapest premiums for the most inclusions. They even paid our small claim for treatment by a doctor in China. The only downside is that they are pretty much online only.

Missed my flight due to taxi driver having an accident and i got to the airport too late for check in, the question forms and letters Tick wanted from me was beyond a joke. Wont be using again.

Claim for lost/stolen personal items acknowledged almost immediately and acted upon within a couple of days. Hassle free, very easy, very fast. Great experience.

To buy this insurance, I had to 'agree' that Tick can use my private details for marketing purposes. I was advised by Tick to accept this condition when signing up but that I could opt out, which I did. When I opted out, Tick asked me to cancel the insurance. This is highly unethical and misleading conduct!
