Was on last 2 days of my holidays. Noticed that my cover ran out one day early. Emailed them, and they changed the cover for the extra day, at no extra cost with in hours. Can’t ask for better service than that.

My daughter's suitcase arrived in Vanuatu severely damaged, 3 days after we arrived there. Essential medication was delayed and ruined, by being exposed to heat, requiring a visit to a doctor to prescribe new medication and the purchase of new medication. My daughter also had to purchase clothes, while her suitcase was located. The offer of $250, in response to her claim was grossly inadequate.

I checked many travel Insurance companies but each time Insure and Go was superior. I guess the real proof is if a claim has to be made, this often can be to the detriment of the company. Just hope I don't need to claim.

The policy options and the value for money make Insure and Go an easy and reliable choice. Insurance is no less important than your ticket or your passport. You wouldn't travel without them.

I broke my leg overseas and they were useless. All they did was create more problems for me, rather than try to help. They were completely disinterested and I ended up spending a fortune on all my medical bills. All they're interested in is taking your money.

I have never had to use my Travel Insurance before and I contacted them supplied everything they needed and was reimbursed within days. Amazing service will never use any other travel insurer again. Thank you very much

We needed to cover a 25-year-old with many medical conditions. 1 Cover made what could have been difficult easy. We did not have to make a claim but felt confident had we it would not have been difficult.

I was able to apply for the cover easily, see what coverage was available to me and process the application without incident. What I most loved was that 1Cover did not then bombard me with emails and messages about the cover and other services. Brilliant. I obviously know what I have as I requested it and paid for it...I do not need to be constantly reminded and updated about the cover. Ta

Our recent claim was actually a positive experience. The website is very easy to use and I was able to claim for several different items very easily. The claim was paid very quickly with no additional information being needed. I have already purchased two more policies for upcoming trips due to the excellent service and value for money.

I had a scuba diving accident in Thailand and was quite ill. I assumed the claim would be difficult but it wasn't. Communication was great and fully covered
