1Cover people are so helpful and understanding. I felt that at a time when I was quite vulnerable, there was no pressure to send in documents and get the claim over. The quickly processed claim was painless.

They used to be good, but not anymore. I've been using World Nomads travel insurance for about 5 years, and in the past, when I've had lost luggage or flight delays, it was easy to file a claim and be compensated. Now, however, they push as much responsibility off to the airlines, and it's become nigh impossible to file a successful claim for anything unless you can first prove you've attempted to resolve the issue with the airline. WN wants documentation on everything. Basically, they've become just another insurance scam where they're happy to take your money but they make it as difficult as possible for you to actually make a claim. They've just lost a customer.

I have been a long term 1Cover user. My family trip to Japan involved a skiing accident with my daughter. The service I received from the company was amazing!! From the first phone call I was looked after and given options about getting home. The constant phone calls to see how my daughter was and then even when we returned home I had another call to see how we were. The true test was how quickly would I be reimbursed for my costs. I was blown away in 2 weeks all done and dusted. I tell everyone that is going overseas to use your company....I am a big fan :)

We very much appreciate your company providing travel insurance for healthy older people at a reasonable cost. Your excess figure was acceptable. If it had not been for your company, my husband and I would've taken the risk of travelling without insurance. We are glad we did not have to.

Easy to deal with over the phone. As some other companies did not cover my particular existing medical i could not compare "apples to apples"

10+ years of continuous travel insurance with 1Cover, and I am bitterly disappointed in the outcome of my last claim. Suitcase damaged during travel worth over $200 to replace and only received $4.60 back from 1Cover. What an absolute joke. It would take some serious consideration to ever use you again.

One simple phone call - lovely helpful manner on phone. Fast, efficient and very friendly. Hardly put down the phone when a fully comprehensive quote appeared on my email with all details - all I had to do was fill in the details and method of payment and it was "fait accompli" . Thank you so much - you made it very easy for an elderly lady.

InsureandGo is my go-to travel insurance provider. Each time I look elsewhere to find a cheaper alternative, I always come back to InsureandGo to book with.

We had taken out a single policy but found it better to upgrade to an annual policy due to several trips planned over the next 12 months. Very easy to do this over the phone, but found I had to ring early in the morning to get through

I have used 1Cover travel insurance numerous times, and am always very impressed with their customer service when I have a question. Most recently I had to change the dates of my trave insurance, this request was easily accommodated and quickly resolved by a very helpful customer service agent
