I find one cover the best n great for money

we would love to recommend this insurance ,they were very helpful and friendly , we will tell all our friends to use this travel insurance

Simple to apply especially with pre-existing illness. Number of pre-existing ilnesses automatically covered, in my case type 1 diabetes , no long questionnaire required.

Usually easy to deal with ,pity when we get older you can get better rates elswhere but as our previous transactions have been satisifactory we remain .

1 Cover is easy to access on line. Their prices compare favourably with other insurers and i really appreciate the fact that they follow up after your holiday to check that there are no problems.

It would be nice to receive some sort of loyalty discount. I always use one cover and have never made a claim but there is no incentive to return.

I've used 1 Covers 3 times now without a claim - thankfully. It's good to be able to call and speak to a customer service assistant with a quick phone response without having multiple recorded messages to navigate first. The insurance cover is excellent and at a very competitive price. I will not hesitate to use them for all my overseas travel.

Its nice to deal with this travel insurance company. The one year multi-trip policy is great value for frequent travellers.

Easy and very clear when organising travel insurance for my annual trip to HNL, which is so important to get full cover. Appreciate the welcome home email too ! Will definately recomme nd to workmates travelling later on this year !

I use 1cover for all my overseas travel insurance. I find the policies to be well priced with a variety of options that provide comprehensive coverage coverage for my needs. I have submitted a claim with 1cover and found the process easy and stress free, when I needed to speak to a staff member they were courteous, professional and assisted me with every step of the claim. Highly recommend this company for travel insurance.

My husband had fracture of clavicle and needed to have operation in Canada. The operator in Australia said wait until Canadian assistant to call me and direct us whether treatment and operation is covered. We waited and informed that 'The operation is covered so please go ahead for the operation and let us know how it went'..... After 10 days of operation, the operator called us again saying 'You are not covered for the operation!!'. I am taking a serious step and take some serious action on this being informed false information. I am not going to pay any cent for this.
