Had to cancel a recent trip due to husbands illnees and inability to travel. 1Cover were prompt and professional in their response and claim was accepted. Can’t fault them.

Very happy. Pleasant experience as i found the web page simple and straightforward. Very easy to cover my basic requirements and i felt things just fell into place. Had cover that other insurers who were charging similar or moderately higher fees did not cover. Cheers

I have a pre-existing health condition. The premium I paid with 1Cover was the lowest of at least 6 quotes I obtained!

Unfortunately we have had to make two significant claims with 1Cover and they could not have been more helpful. Our largest claim was nearly $10 grand it was approved within 48 hours and payment was sent another 48 hours after that and when you are dealing with a badly injured husband not having to worry about the claim was a blessing. You can always call and talk to a real person to get advice, they return calls and send emails as promised. I have recommend 1Cover to all of our friends and family, we have been using them for years

The company was great and helpful when putting in a claim and a settlement was received and agreed on promptly.

We have booked a trip to Hawaii next year, and a cruise back to Sydney, and looked to the insurer that we always use, however found that with our age penalty, it was far too expensive, so a search found Tick. The benefits look fine, and the price was far less than the other brand. Easy to get a quote and buy on line. We haven't traveled yet, and obviously havent had a claim, but so far, so good. Hopefully we won't need them!

It was rather messy trying to make a claim online, the way each input had to be a separate file. I rang the help number and sorted things such that some things did not have to be input. Once the claim was submitted it only took a day to be approved and a date for money to be paid advised to me. I also found things straight forward in entering and getting responses on pre-existing illnesses. I have been overseas more than 10 times and this is the first claim I have ever made. I believe I should be able to get a no claim bonus.

We now always use1Cover and have had to make a few claims over the years related to medical issues or flight cancellations. The claims process is very straightforward and you are always treated as if your claim is genuine - not as is if you are a criminal trying to milk a refund. The service I have received has been consistently excellent. I would definitely recommend 1Cover - and do!

I have purchased insurance previously through Tick and had to make a claim and it was an easy and trouble free experience.

I chose this policy because it fulfilled my needs and was comparatively good value for money. As we didn’t need to make claim, I had no experience of the claim experience but I did have peace of mind knowing that any eventuality would be covered.

Only complaint is that you can't accept the policy and pay the premium on line and perhaps there should be someone available on weekends to answer questions etc
