Very impressed with the simplicity of the system and also the prompt response to my claim. It was very stressful being robbed overseas but these guys made the claims process so much easier.

My wife was hospitalised while we were on holiday, two weeks into our journey. The consultant was extremely helpful and supportive.

I had to make a claim due to our cruise ship being unable to stop at all the ports due to bad weather. My claim was made very easy due to the on line claim form. I received my claim back within two days. This was excellent service and will be using 1Cover for my next holiday this year.

This is the best travel insurance I have ever had! Making a claim is super easy. Everyone I have spoken with on the phone have been friendly and extremely helpful especially in emergencies! I wouldn’t go to another insurance again!

Luckily we didn’t need the insurance but we’re very pleased with the options available. Hadn’t heard of this insurance before but pleased to find it.

Have used Insure and Go 3 times now and they always cover pre existing conditions and we had to make a claim last year and the claim was settled promptly.

I recently had a claim with 1Cover and it was resolved fairly. I was very happy with the outcome. I have always used 1Cover for my travel insurance needs and would not hesitate to recommend them to other travellers.

We claimed and it was paid promptly without asking for asking for further details and dragging it on. We sent our flight details and Dr invoice and were paid very quickly (unlike another insurer we have used previously).

Extremely happy with 1Cover. Excellent rates and the option of $0 excess provides that extra peace of mind. The insurer provided a good level of cover for many pre-existing conditions at a reasonable rate. Compared to other companies 1Cover was the most user friendly.

Claim submitted online and within a couple of days my claim was approved. It was an unfortunate illness but having 1cover behind you gives some comfort. Thank you 1cover.
