I was robbed in Bali,no immediate help then no coverage as my wallet was taken not cash on me even though my wallet in same vicinity. Having the policy did not help me!

Have always got good customer service from Insureango prices are great but mostly very helpful every phone call I have made

Disappointed that I could not download & print all relevant forms etc. I tried to email a request to have the forms emailed to me, but the request was sent back error email unfortunately.

I have taken out travel insurance with 1 Cover on a number of occasions. I have found their premium pricing competitive. My first experience in a claim was handled efficiently and professionally. Overall a very good experience with this company and I will continue to use them in future travel.

Zoom travel insurance is a great product as far as cost goes, having it gives me peace of mind fortunately I haven't ever had a claim

Have just returned from a driving holiday through 3 states here in Australia ,we took out domestic travel insurance to give us peace of mind while we enjoyed our great country. Absolutely fabulous service from 1Cover. Quick, easy with refunds provided in a timely fashion. Instead of dealing with many people during the claim process you have one dedicated claim manager. I would highly recommend this cover for a holiday which includes flights, accommodation and a overseas cruise. For our future family holidays this insurance will be the 1!!!

Easy to purchase on line great prices I travel a lot and will regularly use zoom travel insurance from now on. Why pay more when zoom cover is the same.

They requested same docs more than once and info not required for my claim.
They have 10 days to finalize the claim. On the 10th day, the contacted me requesting more info. Then, it restart the counting... To make the payment, same thing...
In a summary: postpone as much as possible... It is not acceptable how they are complicating my process. I should have received the payment a month ago...
