Good rates for quality easy to access and understand travel insurance cover. Only had to claim the one time when in the USA several years ago and could not believe how secure i felt knowing Insure and Go were handling my hospitalization with the minimum of fuss or stress to myself

Travel insurance is a must when travelling. Although we have never had to make a claim, buying travel insurance was a simple process and gave us peace of mind if anything did happen. We witnessed others having misfortunes, either pick pockets or health issues, so we felt we had done what we could to protect ourselves as much as possible.

I was injured on the Kokoda trail and iTrek organised chopper, hospital, hotel and earl flight back home. Would definitely recommend

Having compared several travel agencies I found that Tick travel insurance comes out to be the best by far. I would recommend Tick Travel Insurance to every one.

Worst travel insurance company I have ever dealt with. Provided me with half of my claim and still fighting for the other half after 3 weeks. Continually palmed off with reasons such as 'we need receipts' when all receipts were provided in first instance. Each email and phone call has fallen on deaf ears. Will never use again and will be warning others away.
