We had a claim the first time we used Tick and were very pleasantly surprised to receive our refund quickly and with no fuss.
We have recommended Tick to all our travelling friends and have returned to them ourselves for an upcoming trip.We are customers for life.

Return customer with with Tick Travel Insurance; very competitive; offered an additional cover for natural disasters, very helpful when travelling to Bali. Quote was extremely reasonable. Fast and efficient process to obtain insurance. Let's hope I don't have to make a claim.

The overall cover suits our needs. The service, efficiency and courtesy provided by your staff, when we unfortunately had a need to lodge a hire car insurance claim after previous travel, was exemplary.

I travelled with my partner to the island of Lombok, Indonesia, along with my partner and unfortunately fell very ill on the day we were due to leave. I ended up in the hospital, which meant we needed to delay our flights and find an extra night’s accomodation. As we both had used points for our holiday and booked separately, my partner and I had purchased insurance from different providers: QBE for myself and John went with Tick. QBE were wonderful throughout the process- providing my partner with support and advice with an Australian on the phone at 7:30pm sat night while I was monitored in hospital. My partner tried to contact tick, but could not even get through to lodge a claim as it needed to be done during business hours. I don’t know what we would have done if I were the one who had purchased Tick insurance! QBE assigned us a travel agent to help us with flights etc and lodged the claim for myself on the spot. I didn’t even have to pay my hospital bill. Once back home, QBE paid out my claim (minus 100$ excess) within a week. Unfortunately, John’s extra flights and accomodation had to be claimed through his own insurance (Tick), so we also lodged a claim for John via the Tick website. It’s been a month- we’ve provided all documentation and still haven’t even had John’s case even looked at! It is worth mentioning Tick have a 200$ excess on their claims. All in all, Tick were very easy to purchase insurance from, and they are very cheap, however when it comes to actually needing to lodge a claim you have very little assistance. I do not recommend Tick.

We have used Zoom over and over because one of the cheapest and has exceptional customer service. Had a fall which resulted in a kneecap fracture and had to have a straight leg splint on for 6 weeks. This meant couldn't use our tickets for flights, so after a call from their medical team Zoom arranged for me to go on a different airline in business class with the rest of family on same flight as me too in economy. They took care of all the arrangements and had it sorted within a day. This really took the stress out of it all and helped enjoy the second half of our holiday as much as we could.
On our last holiday our daughter lost her expensive dental plate and Zoom took care of everything with no hassles too.
I wouldn't go with anyone else!! Thank you Zoom

The policy was extremely good value and very easy to set up over the phone, with no excess.
Unfortunately I became ill in January 2019 and am still having treatment. Fast Cover couldn't have been more helpful and my claim was paid in full within three weeks.
This was the first time I used Fast Cover but it won't be the last and I am telling all my friends too.

Flight got cancelled due to operations issue try to claim back and they offered no help just saying due to wording in the policy you are not covered. Called the help line useless as well. Find a proper insurance waste of money trying to save a few dollars for basically no cover.

I needed to amend medical details and nothing was too much trouble. The policy included my husband and my mother and the changes meant that the price increased. But the sales consultant left us to think about the cost and rang me back just as she had promised and worked out a way to bring the total cost of the policy down. She made my day and made another loyal customer. Thanks InsureandGo.

The cost was so much less than other companies but covering all the same aspects very impressed by this policy is for next years trip so hopefully I don’t need to make a claim but if I do hope it is easy

I was so bullied, suffering emotionally i was considering walking off the planet. Your company assisting me to journey home from overseas helped me so very much. My family are now supporting me. I have been using for overseas insurance 3-4 times a year for the last 2-3 years.

I was attracted by the price, good reviews and that they would actually cover me for a pre-existing disability that every other insurance company excluded and refused cover.

The medical screening was all done online.

I was doubtful as to how the experience of claiming would go. I had the misfortune of being slugged for a motor vehicle hire excess on my last trip.

The claim was handled professionally and courteously. Yes I had to provide lots of details and copies of statements, bank statements, hire agreements etc etc. In due course the claim was paid in full and as a result my initial concerns have been allayed.

I've used tick insurance for the my 4 overseas trips and by far it the best value and covers all my requirements. definitely recommend
