We have use Insure and Go several times for our cruises. We have had to claim twice and they were quick and helpful.

Have organised travel insurance a couple of times now. Fairly smooth to negotiate website. Have never had to make any claims.

We have used Insureandgo numerous times for our overseas travel and feel confident that we are covered for any unforseen events while we are away from home. My wife and I are in our 70's now and appreciate the number of Preexisting Medical Conditions that Insureandgo accept with no additional premium, We have only had to submit one Claim to Insureandgo and we were impressed by the caring and compassionate manner in which Insureandgo processed our Claim. We have and will continue to recommend Insureandgo to our family and friends.

The cover provided on the annual insurance is fantastic. Pre-existing conditions are easily dealt with and in my case did not incur an extra premium. This gives me great peace of mind that there will be no nasty surprises.

During a recent trip to Cambodia. Centre stone of an emerald ring was lost whilst on a day trip. Upon our return we submitted a claim for lost item. Claim approved less than ten days of submitting claim.

After doing the right ethical thing. Asking for a refund for failing to advise me of Visa requirementa to India. They did not send me.an email. I rock up.to the airport told by Cathay Pacific i cannot fly. I was told there was a service desk which was not true I was lied to. I asked for help and did not get any help. She said in baggage check u r responsibilty. Then the peron behind me sid can i have a ticket. She said yes. My set was the last one they took it from me.

I was going to india. To help orphan $3000 wasted. no refund offered..have u noticed this is a common oxcurance here. They tell u to go back to the carrier Cathay Pacific..Webjet pass the blame but does not care about their customers. I called up 15 hung up 5 times was harrassed by manager. Told I would get a refund. Then was lied to now i have 6 kids crying I was going there to give gifts for christmas. they have no parents.

Needed to change locations travelling to and was done within a couple minutes to policy. was very happy with the outcome.

1Cover is well organised. They're super helpful and fast with the claims handling.We have used 1Cover before but have never made a claim. This time I made claim and was assessed quickly and fairly and money deposited in our account.
We will definitely insure with them again.

We arrived in Sydney three days before a Pacific cruise and my wife came down with vomiting and gastro. We decided to seek medical advice at a Sdyeny hospital. We had to cancel our trip and ended up flying home early. 1Cover covered our additional expenses and the claim system was very easy to use. Very pleased with them.

My recent hiking tour in Japan was cancelled due to typhoon Hagibis. A couple of times I had sent emails and staff didn't read them, not scrolling down far enough I guess and then asking me the same thing again. Also I was to provide a letter from Jetstar saying that I received no refund on lost flight. This was impossible, you get nothing out of Jetstar. However, a letter from my travel agent was sufficient, explaining the ticketing process. This was great.
I will go to Japan again next year as the company offered us a good deal for the same hike, hopefully without incident this time. I will surely use your insurance again.
