What a great company. We booked a China tour and had to cancel, claim approved in no time at all

Easy insurance to get. Always use it for domestic and international travel. Domestic particularly when I hire a car because I get rental car cover way cheaper than the rental companies offer.

Assuring to know that you have this insurance in place when going overseas. We enjoy our holiday as a result of having it. Will do this again, Thanks

Force majeure for not needing flight. Told to cancel flight to process claim. Cancelled flight then after waiting two months was told no reimbursement would be issued. Ticket and premium lost.

My luggage broke during my travel, and currently overseas. They wont compensate for my damaged luggage, not even a cent. Worst insurance i ever bought and worst customer service ever. I regret purchasing a year’s worth of travel insurance and I want a refund for my money!
