This is the second time I have used this company and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to get cover for pre-existing medical declarations. Also liked the fact that it pre-populated my previous info. Unlike other travel insurers the reflexive questions were easy to follow and logical. Extra price for existing conditions were reasonable and consistent. Hopefully I never have to use them but if their claims are as efficient as the enrollment process I am at least very confident in their post sale processes.

Landing in Rome our luggage went missing. I immediately called your office and was delighted with the polite and helpful advice. I have not made a claim as I'm seeing if the airline will cover the cost of the essential items I had to purchase. The luggage arrived three days late.

After protracted attempt to claim treatment after a fall, Tick altered policy dates to cover only the 3 days, before I left on a 3 week holiday! However estimate cost for three weeks same as cost they claimed I paid for just 3 days cover? Have been paying travel insurance for the reassurance it provided for years of holidays, but never again with Tick. Buyer beware.

My experience with Insure4Less has been fantastic. It was so easy to book the right cover for my trip… and at a great price too.

Their customer service was amazing; they explained exactly what I needed to know in order to pick the right cover.

Thankfully I didn’t need to make any claims but because of the reassurance I had with dealing with them, I had complete peace of mind that if anything did go wrong I would be looked after.

I needed to Make a Claim to change my return flight whilst I fell ill in Mexico on transit to the USA.
The claims team got back to me after 2 days (via email) insisting I see a Doctor in Mexico.
By then I was on my way to the USA& asked if I could submit supporting medical documentation from a US Doctor.
Zoom never even responded to me.
I ended up paying $1000 to change my flight home.
Don’t use Zoom travel insurance- you will simply be wasting your money.

I’ve only ever had to claim for travel insurance once in 30 years of travelling (this was the second time). It was with QBE & they were excellent.
