I was looking for travel insurance for myself and my daughter. I’ve been using the same company for years however I decided to compare other suppliers and saved myself 50% by using Tick Travel and what’s more I got far better cover and a lower excess. I will be spending my savings wisely on a cocktail 🍸 or two

After asking me to provide multiple documents to support my claim (delayed luggage resulting in around $1000 expenses and two items stolen from luggage) my claim was denied. They said my basic package didn’t insure me for delayed baggage. So why ask for all the receipts, travel docs and a letter from the airline!! And as far as the stolen luggage- a camera and new shoes, the camera isn’t covered as classed as a valuable item. The shoes are covered but with $100 excess, I may be entitled to $20 if I jump through several more hoops!! What a waste of time getting insurance.

Amazing customer experience. Submitted a claim and received a response on the same day. Claim processed the following day.

I would highly recommend 1Cover insurance they are awesome to deal with and the prompt service they provide is very friendly and understanding. We always get cover 1 travel insurance never had to claim but peace of mind knowing we are covered

We were fortunate we didn't need to use any cover. It was value for money. Also whilst away I was emailed in case we decided to stay longer we could extend the cover.

I took zoom because price wise they were reasonable compared to others and still seemed to cover very similar. Never had to claim so I can't say what a claim service would have been like. However email contact was upheld so I get the impression they are seeking to give a good service.

Did not know this company. Recieved email from "Seniors" advertising 15% discount from Insure and go. Was looking for travel insurance for domestic cruise and when i looked at the items covered i was pleasantly surprised that this insurance company had a policy specifically for domestic cruising which a lot if others don't. I read the PDS before i committed to purchasing the policy and i was really impressed with what they were covering.The silver option had everything i was looking for. With medical screening submitted for both of us the cost of the basic policy only increased by $20.

I have been using 1Cover for many years, travelling to many parts of the world. I have only had to make a claim once, when my glasses got broken, and the claim was settled promptly with no fuss. Premiums are very competitive.

I tried to extend my policy twice over email and as soon as I said what dates I would like to extend both agents didn’t reply and my policy has now expired. Don’t bother if you want a reply.
