Owing to an accident which resulted in injury we had to cancel our holiday several weeks prior to departure. Zoom handled and settled our claim for non-refundable fares promptly and very efficiently and Zoom have our highest recommendation.

We were thoroughly happy with the way in which we were advised and received our insurance policy. An excellent service and followed by a wonderful cruise on a beautiful ship.

Haven’t had to claim luckily but have always had a quick response when taking out the insurance and have found it is good value for the money paid.

Zoom would not accept my flight details printed directly from my Qantas account. I had a police report from Greece and Zoom still wanted proof I was in Greece!

They had to have proof of travel in the form of an itinerary, which came via email, which was deleted and Qantas could not reproduce. What a nightmare.

Then they depreciated the value of my stolen phone.

Needed to change locations travelling to and was done within a couple minutes to policy. was very happy with the outcome.

Recently we had to cancel a holiday to Bali due to the bushfire crisis in NSW. We cancelled everything and managed to move everything to new dates in December. We were out of pocket on our airfares so I lodged a claim with Zoom. The process was easy and it took about 7 days for them to approve my claim. As such, I took out another policy for the new dates of our travel. Thanks again for your understanding.

Had a medical incident overseas. I'd never had to make a travel insurance claim in the past and i was skeptical of the level of support i would receive. From start to finish Zoom have been fantastic. Cannot recommend enough.

Unfortunately I could not attend my holiday to Japan. It took over 10 months to receive a partial refund from the airline with constant chasing..... however once I finally did, I put in a claim with zoom for the cancellation fees. It was fast, simple and hassle free. I received an instant email stating it was received and promptly an email confirming it was processed and a breakdown of the refund I would receive. The funds were in my bank account within a couple days. Highly recommend zoom and will use them again because I'll know I'm covered (hopefully I won't have to claim a refund again though 💔😭).

We were looking for a travel insurance that would cover us when visiting highlands with altitude above 3500 in the Sichuan Provence of China. Zoom was the only travel insurance would cover us without having to pay the additional premium for the adventure package which designed especially for mountain trekkers or for the adventurer. Our itinerary were mainly day trip by bus onto the highlands and mountains for sightseeing and no mountain trekking involved. Zoom also sent us a confirmation email stating we would cover for traveling to altitude above 3500 sea level for our peace of mind. We are very happy with zoom’s cover and their services and would definitely use this company again.
