First time with Zoom, I will use them again. Good value, like most policies it's important to read through what you can and cannot claim. Fortunately our trip went smooth so I can't comment on the claim process.

Zoom travel insurance are the best. It was the best value for money. Cheaper than the others. You pay for adults and children are free. We had a stint in the hospital during our holiday and I put in a claim when we returned. Claim was resolved and we got every dollar back within 48 hours! Will be using Zoom for all our travel insurance moving forward. Thank you for providing a top grade service!

Zoom were fantastic! They reviewed our claim and had a decision within 24 hours. I will only use Zoom now.

My opinion is that Zoom provided the best value for money. Fortunately I didn't have a need to experience the claim process but buying the cover was easy and ticked all the boxes.

Not the cheapest, but the best value for money. Had some queries before I purchased and my questions were answered quickly and efficiently. The customer service officer was so helpful. Would purchase again.

First time buying with these guys, but they seem to know what they're talking about. The offered the most cover at the cheapest price. I was dubious at first, but Carolina was a pleasure to deal with and really knew what she was talking about. Put my mind at rest. Hopefully, my holiday goes without incident.
