Good travel insurance rate, not sure about making claim but hope I'll never have to claim. Will go with Zoom again next time.

Competitive rates and nice to have a followup to see if everything was OK. . . . . . .

Had to cancel a trip to USA and a cruise East Caribbean, itinerary was not finalized due to Irma and Maria hurricanes. Sent required paperwork to Zoom no problem with the claim. 10/10

This was the only insurer that would insure me for my exact needs. Also turned out to be the cheapest. Will definitely use Zoom in the future.

Never before has another company asked how my trip went along with the option to make a claim if necessary, thank god its not required but well done Zoom for the follow up

No claims this time and I shall use your company again if I travel in the future. Being 83, it was a big plus not to have to produce a doctor's certificate.

Good value travel insurance. Specially chosen as we were travelling overseas for a medical procedure when other insurance companies denied us cover. Always glad not to have to make a claim.

Didnt need to claim but if we did hope the claim would be as easy as buying zoom domestic on line.. only use zoom from now on..thankyou zoom

Did not need to claim, but before my travel had to make a few changes in an error made while completing the online form, called up customer service and got a great, friendly, hassle free and kind customer service. Will definitely recommend zoom to family and friends.

Thankfully we did not need to make a claim but it was great to have a good level of cover in place just in case. Was very happy with the level of cover and value for money.

Good service and is it to get online so it's easier for us to find a good service for travel insurance

Zoom are great and really affordable. The customer service is better than any other company i have used before. I will be using them again on all of my future trips!
