Took out Zoom travel insurance for son who was travelling alone to Europe on a school exchange. Added the ski package as I knew he'd be boarding while there. Well son had an accident and busted some bones, Zoom took care of the lot, upgraded flights to ensure comfort, regular updates on status, easy process of receipts, great all round service. I won't look anywhere else for travel insurance in the future, it'll be straight to Zoom, good work team!

I recently had to make a claim for a trip to Bali, where myself and my niece got severe Bali Belly. We needed a doctor to attend our hotel on two separate occasions. The entire claims process was very user-friendly and so easy! I was able to submit all relevant documents online and my claim was approved promptly. Staff were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Zoom to anyone travelling overseas.

I am so impressed with Zoom. I have never needed to claim on holiday until now. Unfortunately my sons phone was stolen on an island in Indonesia where there are no police present. We were lucky that our hotel was able to assist with an email for the insurance company which was sufficient. After I uploaded all the documents the claim was processed quickly.

Luckily we didn’t need the insurance but we’re very pleased with the options available. Hadn’t heard of this insurance before but pleased to find it.

Was looking for the right and legit insurance as one of requirements of my Europe Schengen Visa and came across Zoom offers with affordable covers compared with others. I also contacted them regarding getting details needed by the embassy as part of my visa requirements, they have fast and responsive customer service ready to answer my enquiries within the same day I emailed them.

We had to use our insurance due to flight cancellation by the air company. At first, Zoom said they would not cover it, as I would have to pay the excess ($200) and my expenses were lower than this. On the next day I received an unexpected email saying they had reviewed my case and that it was covered by them with no need to pay the excess. So I just sent all the evidences and I got all my extra expenses reimbursed in 5 days. Will certainly use Zoom on my next trip.

I needed my zoom insurance on a trip to the US. I had to see a doctor and get some medication. After returning home I filed the documents and got the after-excess money back within days. Really hassle-free. Even while I was in the US they were helpful picking a good clinic.

The Australian based staff were informative, caring and prompt with their actions. There was about a 4 hour delay in arranging the payment for medical services through a local agent in Bali, which is understandable but slightly took the glow off what was otherwise very good service.
