I was so bullied, suffering emotionally i was considering walking off the planet. Your company assisting me to journey home from overseas helped me so very much. My family are now supporting me. They take 2 days to respond to your email when you report a theft and then say that a police report is required in the country where you were within 24 hours of the occurrence! Waste of money and a waste of time. It’s a bit hard to organise anything when your phone is stolen!

Can't speak highly enough of Zoom. We had a holiday disaster, having our long haul flights cancelled the night before travelling due to an airline strike. Had to pay many thousands for alternative flights. Zoom assured us we were covered and settled/approved/ paid the whole HUGE claim without any quibble within days. Seriously impressive. Thoroughly recommend this company and they will be our go-to insurers moving forward.

Didn’t need to make a claim so don’t really know how to rate the customer service claim process; this is a good thing. But the price and booking simplicity great, coverage seemed pretty reasonable too.

Unfortunately I had to make a claim for lost baggage. Zoom were amazing and handled the matter swiftly and without question and reimbursed me very quickly.

Over the last 9yrs I’ve had many types of travel insurance from sports to adventure trips. I’d never use anyone else.

Amazing customer service, lodged a claim online on Saturday night and by Sunday morning it was already approved.

I took out a policy from Zoom for a domestic Australia trip to cover rental vehicle excess. In this case i had to make a claim as there was some VERY minor damage to the car ($600).

The process for claiming was very simple. An on line form then supplying supporting documents. there was a LOT of documents required but it makes sense so they can ensure the claim is correct.

The claim was approved within a week and the money was in my account within a few days after that, first class service.

I would not hesitate to use Zoom for your rental vehicle excess for trips!

I found the staff at Zoom were easy to deal with and the whole experience hassle-free. We had to change our travel dates and staff responded promptly to my queries and re-issued our policy with no fuss.

Happy our trip went to plan where we didn’t have to claim, but with Zoom travel insurance competitive rates made it easy to enjoy.

As we have not made a claims it is hard to comment on this. Nevertheless, Zoom was very cost effective for us compared to other travel insurers.

We went with zoom travel again because the claim we unfortunately had to make last holiday was very easy and hassle free. So this holiday was worry free knowing we had the protection of zoom with us.
