So easy to take out a policy and go on holiday with peace of mind we have insurance at a fair price!

Our experience from the first call to purchase our Travel Insurance to when we unfortunately had to make a claim due to an accident was EXCELLENT. Each time I phoned I spoke with a different staff member and they were all able to answer my questions and were easy to talk to. The claim was completed very quickly and efficiently. We are very happy customers and when we travel again, we will be definitely happy to go with Zoom.

I like most people would think travel insurance would cover you If a company you booked your hotel room through goes bust. Not the case with this company my claim was refused. I wasted money on this insurance. Next time I will look for a company that is more transparent with what is claimable and what isn't.So if your looking for travel insurance look at other companies avoid this one!

This would have to be the best insurance company i have had the experience to deal with. They were willing to listen to the problem we en counted and after a bit a correspondence backward and forward an outcome was determined. I will be and recommending Zoom to all friends and family when travelling overseas

Recently took our an insurance with Zoom. The customer service team is amazing, friendly and professional.

However the claims department tends to be a bit slow in regards to actioning a claim. but apart from that zoom is a modern, hip and amazing travel insurance company.

Although we did not have to make a claim, the process for getting a quote and receiving your policy was very easy to follow. I would recommend using Zoom.

I took out a domestic policy from the 9th of October till the 15th of October and i was amazed at how cheap Zoom Travel Insurance was?!

and in a domestic policy, they offer a $5,000 vehicle excess for nothing extra. I was so pleased.

Highly would recommend to any other customers they are the cheapest in the market!

Had to make a claim and all was death with quickly, efficiently and with reassuring customer service and medical staff. Highly recommend.

After hearing of Zoom through a friend who actually had made a claim when his wife got extremely sick on their holiday, I knew that they have a the ability to work directly with an international hospital while you are there.I have made a claim before while overseas. When I contacted the insurer, I felt very fobbed off. Basically I found it hard to actually get to speak with the insurer that I had over the phone. When your sitting in a international hospital and they won’t proceed with treatment until payment is made, you want to speak to a human, not send an email and hope.I was extremely happy with the details Zoom sent to me as soon as the policy was completed. It gave me all contact details an information if something were to happen while away.Having this and knowing was a great piece of mind for me as I never wanted to be left high and dry in our time of need ever again. As my friend said when he referred me, I’ll never go a different travel insurer again.

I got insurance in case there was a problem, Well we had a problem and I was dissmissed by CSR, Very dissapionting.

I have had a great experience with Zoom travel insurance. They cover so many outdoor activities and are so easy to talk to for any information required. My claim was processed easily and efficiently which made the whole experience so much less stress than it might have been!
