Tried to contact for months during the pandemic. Dreadful company who have disappeared but cover nothing and ultimately have kept the premium and provided zero service

As we are seniors the price was not too bad .I did have to phone simple insurance to find out what was happening ,to then be told on a couple of occasions that they needed other paperwork .Would have been good if they could have rung me ,as I feel if I had not rung them then our claim would have taken stalled ..

I have purchased an annual multi trip policy for the past 3 years , in that time I have made 2 small claims, one delayed luggage , the other broken luggage and a larger claim of trip cancellation, in each case the claim was handled and paid out very quickly without complications

I have been using Simply Travel Insurance for all overseas travel over the past 5 years (7 trips). It is product and price competitive and simple to sign up for. Their on line help desk has been prompt and informative when responding to destination/insurance queries. Fortunately, I have not had to make any claims, but am confident that these would be dealt with in the same professional and expedient manner. I continue to recommend this insurance to friends travelling overseas.

I have a multi trip policy , because they are one of the few companies that covers up to 90 days per trip on multi trip policies.
Their policies are all inclusive, you don't have to add cruise, or skiing ect. They have generous sub limits, for damage or delay
I made a small claim for luggage damaged on a cruise, the claim was approved and paid in 4 days, with no hassles.

I went through the menus and entered my credit card details. it looked like it had taken payment as it stated they will send me an email and SMS. I received neither. When calling Simply Insurance I had a lady that was not really bothered about helping me and provided me a number to call in the morning. I was leaving in the morning and need Insurance and needed to know if whether my payment had gone through or do I need to go through the process again. Payment was not showing up on credit card and did not know if there was a delay in it showing on my statement. I was none the wiser after calling Simply Travel Insurance.

I landed in hospital in my first week in Europe. STI took care of everything, and paid my hospital and out-patient bill. I was treated like royalty all the way. Couldn't be happier with the service and the people delivering it.

Lodged a claim for luggage damage and had a positive response within a week. Completely hassle free claims experience-was pleasantly surprised!

I purchased comprehensive insurance with simply travel insurance for an overseas trip recently. while overseas i lost my passport. this resulted in around $800 of extra costs including an emergency passport, travel to the embassy, accomodation, and international flights. simply travel insurance covered it all! their responses were so quick and helpful - couldn't recommend them more and ill be using them for every trip i have in the future!

Lost my laptop, put in a claim query and Jim and he responded straight away, called the hotel and they had found it,so no need to claim but Simply wanted me to try it for a couple of weeks to make sure it was all good. Will tell my friends & family.
