No Worries is the first travel insurance company I've used that has provided great service from start to finish. It was easy to buy, the staff were very patient when I called up to ask lots of questions about the cover. Most importantly when I fell ill overseas the lady I spoke to from the medical hotline was extremely helpful and after my return my claim was settled very quickly. I would use No Worries again without a doubt.

Will not cover any items damaged by water, buyer beware... I am sure there are other companies who offer better coverage.

NoWorries were great to deal with. Website was easy to use and call centre staff were really helpful when we needed to make a change. Will use again.

Had to cancel flights to Mexico City because of the 2017 earthquakes. City in ruin, economy stopped, the job I was meant to be doing over there put on indefinite hold.
No Worries Insurance refused to cover on the basis that the Australian Government did not ban travel to the area.
Very disappointed.

Great service and best value for money travel insurance by far. I have used these guys the last few times I've gone overseas and haven't had any problems. Had to make a claim for travel delay due to bad weather and it was no probs. NoWorries were easy to deal with. Recommend them for sure.

On two occasions I incurred disruption to my trip, and on both occasions, no worries travel insurance found loop holes that allowed them to get out of paying. In the contract, it states that delays are covered up to $5000. But in actual truth, most flight disruptions only pay up to $500, if anything at all. And let's not forget that excess must come out first, leaving you with barely any money back (none in my case because, as I mentioned before, they had a bunch of fine print that allowed them to sneak out of paying). I will never travel with this company again. Thankfully I wasn't hurt overseas; but did you know that the huge sum of money that health issues is covered for is broken down into fine print? Apparently, that $50000000 dollars, only allows you $100/day hospital stay cover. No hospital in the world charges such a small amount per day. This insurance is not worth your money or time. As they say- if you pay for peanuts, you get peanuts.

Broke my leg coming down some stairs in Peru and this company was excellent. Sorted my surgery and got me home. Very happy and will definitely use again.

3 months on and im still jumping through hoops to make my claim accepted. pure waste of time do not bother with this pathetic company. have provided everything they have asked for and more but they continue to ask for stuff i assume for me to just give up or run out of time before end of claim period.

We've used No Worries insurance twice and have been very happy with the service and product. The website is very easy to use and the winter sports cover is great for the price. Our family loves to ski and our two adventurous teenagers like to surf and kayak so the No Worries sports cover really worked for us. Thankfully we did not have to make a claim but feel confident that we would have been looked after if we had.

I am very happy with No worries insurance. Our two year old was hospitalised during a recent trip in Bali and the person we spoke to at 24 hour help line was very helpful. Upon our return our claim was settled quickly and in full. I would happily buy from No Worries Insurance again.

NoWorries Insurance lives up to it's name. Our 2 year old daughter needed to be hosptalised after bad gastro and NoWorries made the whole process easy. They covered our other rout of pocket expenses as well. Would highly recommend.

Our car was broken into in Italy, a bag containing passports, money and valuables was stolen and the only thing covered by our "comprehensive" policy was the actual bags.
Worthless, you may as well go away uninsured.
