I have had insure and go several times and have always told friends that were traveling to buy and on the occasion have done the insurance for them so far touch wood we haven't had to make a claim and I'm sure that will be the difference from other insurance companies. Hope I don't have to use that part of the service however anyone that travels especially to overseas countries if they don't have insurance they are definitely doing the wrong thing. I hate buying insurance but it is a very necessary thing to have especially in this day and age when anything could happen. Cheers thanks for looking after me.

were unable to claim cancelling trip. but could go and get the crona virus- then they would cover us.only good thing they refunded money for policy. big deal

I have gone throught your company before, because you cover my medical condition without any conserns. I enter my medical details, you ok my insurenane, that's what I want. Other companies want dr certificates in triplicate, not what I want.

Great, affordable policies with a streamlined claims process. Would recommend Insure and Go travel insurance without hesitation. Great to deal with.

We've used Insureandgo three times now. We've had one claim and this was sorted and paid with no hassles in a period of about 6 weeks.

Typical insurance company - profiting off the misfortune and misery of others. Was very unclear over the phone about the terms and conditions, specifically the difference between actually starting the trip and booking the trip.

I had to cancel before my trip due to health reasons. I had delayed/forgotten to notify Insureandgo however they handled my claim professionally and kept me updated throughout the process. My claim was approved with most delays due to slow responses fro medical services. Special thanks to Marcus

Purchased top gold cover thinking we were covered for all eventualities. Our cruise component of our holiday was cancelled (full refund given by Cruise Company) but we have been left out of pocket for all of the rest of the holiday, flights & accommodation, as our wonderful insurance policy we took out covers us for nothing! We made 3 separate calls InsureandGo only to be met with rude, stern abuse like treatment with the same answer to any question asked "Refer to your PDS (Product Disclosure Statement) as you are not covered". It does not matter what the question is, you get the same response. One rude gentleman told me that the PDS states you are not covered for travel to China! We were not going to China! Go figure.
Don't waste your money with InsureandGo as they promise you the world to get your business / money but deliver nothing via their Product Disclosure Statement with a standard generic response of "You're not covered!
I will be making a complaint to The Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) as well as contacting A Current Affair to see if they will help getting the word out about how truly terrible this company is and how everyone should think twice before falling victim to their false promises of coverage.

we have used this cover several times and no complaints. easy to do on line including my husbands pre existing conditions. not ever needed to make a claim but happy with service
