Frustrating to deal with at first and I wasn't getting the answers to my questions...which led me to getting angry and upset.

Have compared what is covered by other travel insurance and have found Insure and Go very comparable and value for money.

I had to bring my flight forward by one day due to strikes and I called insure and go to extended my trip by one day. The process was easy, quick response time and didn’t have to pay any extra. A very happy customer

My husband and I have traveled to many destinations and use Insure and go every time. The policies are easy to read and understand and the best value for money.

Good value with Groupon code, usually use them, not had to claim to date so can’t comment on that but covers general medical stuff like hypertension no added cost

We had prompt organised response to our request for a trip in November 2020, with low premium for 2 Senior travellers

I have used InsureandGo on several occasions predominately for Cruise Cover and have found them good to deal with with pleasant telephone staff who have handled all my business with efficiency and any claims I have made have been similarly handled. I believe they provide value for money insurance.

I'm concerned about this statement that InsureandGo published regarding cover Coronavirus outside of China:

"If you bought your policy after 4:00pm AEST on 31st January 2020, you will not be covered for claims related to the Coronavirus (2019-nCoV). It would be expected the policy was entered into with awareness of the virus and its developments."

Would it be fair to say that InsureandGo should have flagged this issue whilst your customers were booking their policy. Your indication on the booking page at the time I took out this policy only referred to China.

The question remains why did apparently InsureanGo release this statement after the 31/1/2020 - "Issued 3:45pm AEST, 2nd February 2020."

Please correct me if I am wrong.

Matter of false 'Good for 30 day' claim currently with AFCA and the ACCC.

Insurance & Go have already ackowledged hat if a premium increase does come through in that 30 day window, the the premium does increase, so how can the original quote be 'Good for 30 days'?

They can explain that to AFCA & the ACCC.

I found insure and go very easy to get a quote. I then got the insurance that I needed at a very competitive price. I have used insure and go before and very happy with them.

I will never use insure and go again as apparently I should have seen an alert about no cover for coronavirus after 3.30 pm Adelaide time on the 31st January. I booked at 4.06 pm Adelaide time on that day and I’m sorry but there defiantly was no advice on this when I booked online.

Initial purchase was super easy and cheaper than everyone else. When I had to add an additional 2 days to the policy after I bought it, it was no problem.
