I found Insure and go very easy to purchase a policy and very easy for them to take my money, however they were incredibly difficult and convoluted when making a claim so difficult to get money out of. I submitted a claim using on line tool and uploaded the files and documents requested. I then had to send same files 3 additional times to different people and have numerous telephone calls and over 3 months of waiting and threatening to take the case to the ombudsman before I finally got the claim processed and this was all for a very small claim.

Phone dropped out half way thru enquiry / staff did not return call ... overall very happy - is it possible for returning customers to have their medical recorded so you don't have to go thru it over and over and leave things off accidentally

Easy to use site with good value product.Hopefully do not have to test claims department.Travel booked for March 2018

We always use Insure & Go for our cruises. We've only had one claim over the years - prompt service.

Travel Insurance is a necessary evil. I chose 'InsureandGo' because Choice Magazine recommended them and they did not disappoint. The claims officer was very helpful and patient with our claim for a stolen wallet and money. I will not hesitate to use them again and happily recommend 'InsureandGo' to fellow travellers.

I was very happy with helpful service I received. Hopefully I will not have to test claiming services in the near future.

Cover for a broken tooth from a fall which also damaged my camera equates to immediate pain relief of a couple of Panadol.

I tried to purchase my travel insurance online but the birthday field kept on reverting back to 2017!! It was so frustrating to say the least.

The best rating of Insurance is based on claims experience - fortunately I have not (yet) had to claim from Insure and Go.

The application process is very easy. A cost premium and the best insurer for covering pre-existing medical conditions. I only buy my travel insurance from them.
