Had to make a claim due to cancellation of family holiday due to death in family. My claim was dealt professionally, with empathy and in a timely manner. Not all insurers are the same after experiencing InsureandGo. Thankyou.

Trying to make a claim is frustrating, especially when the person on the phone does not understand basic English, she did not understand anything I said, then was sent an email with something entirely different to what I was asking, the email made no sense at all. Save your money.

I always use insure & go been very happy with the company. I go to Bali 3 times a year & feel safe having their travel insurance.

We insured with InsureandGo a year ago when we purchased a cruise into the South Pacific. My partner was diagnosed with bowel cancel and we had to cancel the cruise. InsureandGo were fantastic they paid our claim very quickly and without causing us anymore stress. At that difficult time we really appreciated their honest, reliable and fair response to our claim.

A great company with awesome, affordable prices and when I had to extend my domestic travel, calling up was easy. Staff were friendly and helpful and the website is easy enough to use. I use Insure and Go all the time and reccomend it to a lot of people. Thanks!

Have just taken out Travel Insurance with InsureandGo for an Asian trip. There were several medical issues that I had to declare. The process was seamless and easily handled on-line, with appropriate questions and pre-populated alternative answers to choose from. The resulting final quote was still good value for money. Also worth noting that there are good Senior's discounts for us over 60's. As I have not traveled on this insurance yet I am unable to comment on the potential claims process (and I hope that there is no reason that I would need to claim).

Never had a problem with this company during bookings, more than competitive, especially for seniors. Have not had the necessity to make a claim. Trust they are as professional in that aspect.

I have been trying to put in a claim for a suitcase that was damaged and no longer usable from an international flight, insureandgo want a receipt for proof of purchase and quotes for repairs making this a very difficult and time consuming process. At this point in time I would not recommend insureandgo we are very disappointed

Terrible. Stay away. Its a scam. Took out what was marketed as super amazing brilliant simple travel insurance. Hired a care in Italy, it specifically stated I was covered for a reduction in excess for a car hire, so i didnt take out the car hire company's own insurance due to this reason. Had a simple flat tyre... paid 600EURO to the car company. it took all of THREE MONTHS for insure and go to process it.. then it was declined.. FINE PRINT, burried away in a misleading and deceptive manner apparently meant we weren't covered. Appalling. Awful- don't waste your money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE>

We were on a cruise around Australia in December/January 2018 and we missed Fraser Island due to leaving Sydney late on our embarkation day. We found that Insure and Go would refund us for missing that port, and when we returned home, we filled in the correct papers, together with a letter from the Purser on the ship and within a week of forwarding all the information, an amount was placed back into our Bank Account. So simple without any fuss.

Have just purchased travel insurance for a cruise next year. Insureandgo seems to have us covered for every eventuality at a very competitive rate. I found the website much easier to navigate than some others. Hopefully I won’t need to review the claims process.
