This is the third time I will be using Insure and Go for my travel insurance. They give me the best price for the best policy. I always shop around for my travel insurance and always come back to Insure and Go. Very satisfied with how easy it is to understand their website and purchase the policy that I want.

I use insure and go because I have had a kidney Transplant and they have easy online medical screening and a very good rate for medical conditions, it’s great to know I’m covered if something does go wrong when overseas

Super easy, barely an inconvenience for the first time purchasing travel insurance. Everything was there and easy to understand the PDS

I have had an issue with claiming for a broken suitcase and a jumper which i don't have receipt for as it was a gift. I sent many pictures of the suitcases which clearly cant be repaired, but they keep insisting i try get it fixed instead of a pay out. Very disappointed.

Received poor customer service whilst trying to cancel a policy (forgot to add something to the policy so we had to cancel and got a refund) via email correspondence. I felt like I was given a run around by the agent when a much earlier resolution should of taken place. Despite the poor service, I went ahead and repurchased the policy.
The policy was easy to purchase and was bought at a reasonable price.

Have not had to claim and I hope if we have to it will be as easy as applying for the insurance.

We experienced very last minute flight cancellations during our stay in Japan. Contacted Insure and Go who were friendly and helpful. They kept in touch with us via e-mail and were quick to respond.
During the claims process, submitted all receipts and required proof. Within 2 weeks, received our compensation.
Definitely recommend to all travellers!
Don't forget to add "Natural Disaster" for only an extra $10pp. Saved us a lot of money and hassle!

I lost a bracelet whilst on a cruise. I ensured I had all the necessary paperwork from the ship, lodged my claim upon my return and I cannot speak highly enough of Insure and Go. Good communication and paid in a timely manner. I have used Insure and Go a number of times since for my frequent trips and will continue to do so as you only find out how good your insurance is when you need it and have a claim.

Easy Web site to use. However, expand explanation on what is actually covered eg. Is repatriation to home covered in case of serious circumstance.

We generally find the website easy to navigate and the quote process efficient. To date the value for money has been good.

It's a very easy website to navigate through. I like the idea of comparing all the policies next to each other, so you can see the $ value if you make a claim. You can also play around with the Excess amount just to see what your policy is going to cost you.
