Very difficult and impossible to deal with. Felt as though I wasnt listened to. Pointless insurance, they are not happy to cover flight delays of 2 days. Wouldnt use again

My experience so far is very good though not many to compare with but thinking brand name, I believe the product is one of the best if not the best in many categories.

Had to make a claim a few years back and the service was exceptional. Will always use this insurance in future.

I did a general Google search. InsureandGo was listed as a preferred product by a magazine. The ease of purchasing insurance was no fuss, everything clearly explained. The quote given was such that I knew I was on to a good thing and did not bother to compare it with any other provider, We are yet to travel and with the excellent customer service already shown to me I know I will travel with peace of mind knowing I am with a company that would help if it was required.I highly recommend anyone undecided about travel insurance to please look at InsureandGo as they do go above and beyond when it comes to making sure the customer is completely satisfied.

Was easy to fill out form and to fill the medical section out was very explanatory.Also the price of the medical insurance was well in our budget.Thank You.

Have used more than 10 times, always great service and quick response to claims. Their Cruise Policy is the best in the industry.

Great price for Travel Insurance, haven't travelled or needed to claim yet, purchase is easy and the text with policy number and contact is a great addition I haven't got of any other company. Great work!

While in Bali I suffered a serious injury and my wife contacted Insure and Go for assistance. The representative had a poor command of english and struggled to understand what we were telling them. They did not give any sympathy to our situation and provided no advice, and gave no instruction as to what to do next. They left us helpless in a foreign country.
We provided the claims person with documents they requested multiple times and they continued to claim they didn't receive them.

Had to cancel trip as son broke foot. Customer service were super easy to deal with. Claim was handled promptly and received refund super fast as well. Couldn't fault. Will definitely recommend to all friends and family and will personally use this company again. Thanks InsureandGo

Awful experience, was involved in an accident and although I wasn't able to be covered by Insure and Go they offered no help at all in a very scary situation.

Not impressed with my claim, too slow to respond to my emails and just wasted time making a claim .
