I have purchased insurance for the past 7 or 8 trips. Seems to be no recognition for that. Happy with the company all the same.

Spoke to Danielle in your Customer Service about the cost to change the start date of the cover by a day. She was very, helpful, efficient and friendly.

It was traumatic when I fractured my pelvis in Amsterdam but dealing with Insure and Go eased the pain and financial issues

They take your money for a premium and when you claim they want to have nothing to do with you. In my experience only representation to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority did anything.

My Insurance was entered incorrectly when I purchased it. I was then never given any forms or proof of insurance documents . When I needed to make a claim, it had to be found manually by an employee as it was incorrectly inputted. I was then thrown back and fourth and told different things via numerous consultants. Terrible process and customer service and will never use again.
