Great pricing and is easy to organise. My insurance was the cheapest out of the group of 25 people. I have used 1cover three times now and will use them again. Thank you

Thankfully I've never had to claim... but I always choose 1Cover as they are easy to deal with, have good value for money in terms of what's covered in their policies, and they have a good reputation. If I ever have to make a claim I am hopeful I will review 1Cover as highly as I do now.

Straight forward information and simple online application. Good email communication. Competitive prices with good inclusions in policy conditions is the reason I chose 1 Cover.

Everything went like clockwork so we never had to claim. But it was reassuring to know we had full cover for a 3 month trip including skiing in Colorado & Canada. 1Cover was one of the most cost competitive and responded to emails asking for confirmation that any skiing accident (on piste) was covered.

Lack of sensitivity, care, responsibility when it comes to meeting with faithful customers. I have been completely ignored :(

Always use One cover for our travel insurance , due to price comparison.
Haven't required to use it but friends did and we saw first hand how well the system worked .
They where looked after extremely well in a difficult situation .

Its such a delight to be able to book something that protects you for all areas of your holiday with ease in just a few quick minutes. The only thing i can mention is this time we booked i kept getting reminder emails to extend insurance if staying longer...it worried me as i thought i had booked wrong as i wasnt even due to be coming home for 3 days and they kept coming through, if 1cover can reduce those emails it would be perfect! Thank you for having such great service

We took out 1 Cover insurance for a cruise we did. Absolutely ensured that we click it was for a cruise - now being told it was not included and even the PDS - that states missed port cover along with all other cruise benefits - is now apparently the wrong one. Will be making sure that everyone I know is aware to never use 1 Cover

An unexpected emergency and hospital visit in Austin Texas and a follow up visit to a specialist. All very costly. Claim process was easy, swift and with excess deducted, balance back in my bank account within days. Thank you.

I did not need to claim on the insurance, but very glad I had it if something went wrong
