After losing my phone in Bali 1cover were excellent, it took a couple of weeks to get the claim but they were great at communicating and they didn’t ask for a lot of paperwork

Compared to other companies offering travel insurance, 1Cover seems to be very competitive in terms of price and amount covered.

I have yet to make an insurance claim but have read other reviews and feel confident about this company

It was just extra hassle to go to the facilitator and have them reword a document to say "forfeited" when the same meaning was already stated without the use of the required wording. The entire document was stating how all the funds stated were forfeited but did not use the word forfeited. Cmon, that's a bit petty. The emails I received from the insurer were concise in what they needed and the website was easy to use likewise. Time for the money to be redepositted into my account was also satisfactory. One thumbs up and a crisp hi five for you 1cover

Simple to apply especially with pre-existing illness. Number of pre-existing ilnesses automatically covered, in my case type 1 diabetes , no long questionnaire required.

Usually easy to deal with ,pity when we get older you can get better rates elswhere but as our previous transactions have been satisifactory we remain .

1 Cover is easy to access on line. Their prices compare favourably with other insurers and i really appreciate the fact that they follow up after your holiday to check that there are no problems.

It would be nice to receive some sort of loyalty discount. I always use one cover and have never made a claim but there is no incentive to return.

I've used 1 Covers 3 times now without a claim - thankfully. It's good to be able to call and speak to a customer service assistant with a quick phone response without having multiple recorded messages to navigate first. The insurance cover is excellent and at a very competitive price. I will not hesitate to use them for all my overseas travel.

I use 1cover for all my overseas travel insurance. I find the policies to be well priced with a variety of options that provide comprehensive coverage coverage for my needs. I have submitted a claim with 1cover and found the process easy and stress free, when I needed to speak to a staff member they were courteous, professional and assisted me with every step of the claim.
