I had 1cover insurance for my month holiday in Europe thankfully I didn’t need to make any claims this trip.

Had a minor medical emergency when overseas. Claim was approved in 24hours. Very impressed. Online claim was easy to follow.

Stated that I couldn't be contacted on original email address as I was locked out, still emailed the one I was locked out of.

Left without a flight home because airline cancelled flight. Other airlines quick to price gouge those on a schedule so end up paying over double. Lucky we had insurance you might think but think again! 1Cover conveniently denies these relatively common events. Seems they only cover one in a million years cancellation events. Poor service and coverage. Go elsewhere.

I fell over in New Zealand and landed face first, breaking my glasses. 1Cover first offered medical support, then immediately paid for a new pair of glasses when we got home. Made the whole experience a lot less painful. They are reasonably priced, good to deal with and reliable. I recommend them highly.

The cover policy i chose had a good level of cover for our needs; we have not claimed on this trip as we had no need to but it was good to know if we had to, the claim would have been managed in a professional manner as i have used and claimed in the past. I will continue to use this company in the future

Panic buy shortly before heading to the States. Lot of money for a 10 day trip with medical cover only
