If you decide that you do not want your policy, you may cancel it within 14 days after you are issued with your Certificate of Insurance and PDS.
Our cooling-off period is a safeguard designed to give you the opportunity to change your mind. However, like all travel insurers and service providers, we cannot offer an open-ended refund policy. As a goodwill gesture we offer to change the dates on the policy where possible but again this cannot be open-ended.
