So easy to apply, didn’t need to use this time though we did make a claim on our very first overseas trip and it was a simple, no hassle transaction, customer service is fantastic. Will be using 1cover for all our overseas adventures.

I cannot rate 1Cover highly enough. For the ease of quoting, to paying, to claiming and to settlement. Many times I have had cover but never claimed. This is the second time I’ve needed to claim and the entire process is so seamless. It’s enough stress to be robbed and be alone in Europe with no phone, wallet, ID or access to money, so the fact that claiming was so stress free took away a lot of the pain. My iPhone was water damaged and the process of making a claim is so simple and easy. Also their products are a reasonable price to purchase cover.

After using 1Cover for a second time i became even more happy with the products and having the reassurance that if something were to happen that i was going to be looked after. I did not have to claim but knowing i was covered made me feel at ease whilst travelling. Easy to deal with and a great value for money! Will be using 1Cover any time i travel.
