I had to make a decent sized claim awhile back and although there was a lot of paper work to submit it was relatively hassle free. I received the money quite quickly. I have used 1 cover again since and have been happy with the service.

Have used 1Cover for many of our overseas travel Insurance, came recommended by friends, best piece of advice we have listened to. First time claimants for out of pocket medical expenses occurred whilst in Vietnam/Cambodia; dreaded to think of the hassles we may have had with our claim; pleased to be proven wrong; claim settled in a matter of days; we shall continue to use your company in the future; all our friends etc have been informed for their future travels.

Very good experience. Flexible extension if required. In the first time more than a year ago, I made claim which went easy and efficient.

Very easy to use online had a question about food allergies and was assured my family was covered, didn't have to make any claims which was good

Im currently in Timor Leste, a country that works with cash, MasterCard are no longer use and some places will take Visa if you are lucky. I paid in cash and don’t have a bank statement for the payment. I provided exchange rates from 2 different sources for that date both of which stated 1.40 Aus to 1USD. That you are claiming the exchange was only 1.28 Aus on that day is highly unethical. Where you get your exchange rates from? Considering the amount of money I have paid for this insurance from December 2017 with only 1 claim made, some ethical customer service on this issue would be appreciated. Maybe remember I’m unwell in a country with limited medical capacity, exactly why I purchased this insurance. People buy insurance to be covered during such circumstances, not to be exploited for the financial interests of your stakeholders.

We have been with 1Cover for 10 years and had to cancel our cruise 3 days before sailing because of hubby's ill health (declared)- I was worried about him and stressing over making a claim - but it was an easy process and the staff were lovely and kept me informed of the process - the claim was paid within 10 days Thank you all

In my view the cost of cover travelling to a country with a reciprocal medical agreement is excessive, ie New Zealand. The only difference to medical treatment is the emergency ambulance service.

I have used 1 Cover several times over the past 10 years and fortunately have not had to make a claim.

Our family holiday was cancelled after my pre trip medical emergency. 1Cover were fantastic and my claim was paid promptly
