Because I had existing health conditions I thought it would be difficult to set up the travel insurance, but in fact it was really easy and I was reasonably happy with the excess charged. I felt safe and reassured to enjoy my holiday, and with no dramas, all was well on this holiday, and I had no need to claim anything. By being covered gave me peace of mind. Thank you 1 Cover.

Customer care was excellent. Polite, easy, by phone, took a lot of stress off the traveler. Me! The experience was well worth the choice and the cost was reasonable and uncomplicated. 1Covers interpretation of a pre-existing injury differs greatly to a normal person's interpretation. I will never take our Insurance through this company again. Will be advising others to do the same.

I used 1Cover a few years ago and had to make a claim. I was extremely happy with the help and compassion I received at that time. Hence the reason I will continue to use 1 Cover on any of my overseas trips.

Given the ease of getting a quote online & follow up "chat" with staff to make sure I had done all correctly I was totally satisfied with the service provided & 1Covers' very competitive rate. Unfortunately we recently had to cancel our holiday due to an unexpected illness. 1Cover claims department were just wonderful, very friendly, helpful and professional. The forms required to be completed were easy to follow and support was just a phone call away. Would not hesitate to use 1Cover again or recommend them to family or friends.
