Sure - the premiums are low and provided you’ve got all your receipts, you’ll get reimbursed - but be prepared to take control of your own situation. I broke my shoulder in Oaxaca - the specialist there said I was ok to fly home - then I contacted 1Cover and the fiasco commenced. I could have organized my own flights and been home for surgery before these clowns had any kind of plan - seriously dealing with very nice, but ultimately unprepared people who had no overall control or common sense.

I have worked in the travel industry for over 10 years so I know Travel Insurance very well and I would highly rate 1cover.
Their claims process is seamless, and simple and the customer service at 1cover is exceptional. Great Value for Money, these policies are one of the best in the market.

I always choose 1Cover this last trip is an example why. My daughter was taken ill 2 times during the trip and all expenses paid less my initial excess...This is yet another reason I choose 1Cover...I never leave home without it

Great help taking out insurance, and very reasonable cost, but as my holiday was uneventful, there was no reason to phone again for help or any claims. So the policy was never tested.

After having to cancel my cruise the day before going due to health reasons on 10 Dec 2018, I submitted a claim online. Within 24 hours they had approved my claim and I received the funds in my account 2 days later.
Could not be more impressed with the ease and speed of their claims processing. Will definitely only ever take out insurance with 1 Cover in the future.

Paid for comprehensive insurance for 6 days in Bali. I read what they do and don't cover. Purchased then decided to ring. They do not cover quad bikes. Not listed anywhere in policy. It is a popular activity in the rice paddies. Phoned to confirm cover and was told no and most insurance companies will not cover quad bikes. Ring before you purchase.

Each time I travel I use 1cover because I have seen that the cover is broad over a range of circumstances and has been given value for money when I have compared it to other companies.
