We had reason to make a claim on our trip and the service we received was prompt and our claim was settled quickly and the funds deposited within a couple of days

My wallet was stolen while overseas in Spain. When I returned home, I lodged a claim with 1Cover. The process was simple and a staff member had responded within 24 hours. I received my money within the week. Highly recommend.

Our recent cruise to PNG, unfortunately, had to cancel 2 port visits due to weather conditions. I spoke to a very helpful lady, 2 days ago, in the Claims Department, who advised me that I was eligible to claim and what paperwork I needed to submit with my claim. I now wait for the decision on my claim.

I was very pleasantly surprised how fast and professional 1cover dealt with my submitted claim. I had used them several times in the past but fortunately never had a claim. I compared a lot of travel insurances and find them extremely good value for money. Just organised my travel insurance with them for our upcoming trip through the USA.

From my own personal experience breaking my elbow whilst on an overseas Ski trip in Austria 1cover was excellent extremely easy to make claims and quick to pay once claim is lodged.
The only gripe is I wish there was more communication after you had lodged the claim, I didnt receive an email or anything after I had lodged letting me know it had been received or when the payment was sent I just happened to check my bank account and it had already been paid 3 days after the claim. Not a massive issue but perhaps an area for improvement.

Other than I cannot fault 1Cover as an isurance company. Will definitely use again for future trips.

Had some great help from a number of staff over email. Claims experience marked down as it would have been useful to be notified that I received a payment into my account over 3 years ago, so that I wasn't surprised when contacted by a debt collector.

1Cover was the cheapest out of a few that we looked into before traveling. We had a few unfortunate events (delayed flight, then medical costs) which required claims of a few thousands of dollars to be put through. These were resolved quickly and without hurdles. Would recommend 100%

Quick and easy to do Insurance on line. Customer Service is great and any claims are dealt with promptly.
